Ocean Animal Projects & Success Night

This past week we finished presenting our ocean animal projects.  The students did an amazing job!  We also finished publishing our books.  I truly needed this extra day off! ;)

It was wonderful to see such a great turn out for Success Night too.  Thank you for showing how much your child's education means to you.  Be prepared for lots of photos (I hope I don't hit the maximum again)!

Right to Read Week & Turtle Day

Last Tuesday had to be one of the students favorite days and of course I loved it too!  My husband, Scott, and daughter, Briana, visited all three first grade classrooms with some turtles and tortoises.  It was a wonderful learning experience for all!  We also had a great time during Right to Read Week.  Here are a few photos:
