This past week students made connections with how to be a good citizen with Constitution Day, enjoyed listening to a special guest read on Talk Like a Pirate Day, and used shapes to fill-in an outline.  Here are some photos from our week:

We have had another awesome week in room 103!  Something new this year that I have been incorporating with students' learning are lessons promoting growth mindset.  It has been such a joy watching students show their understandings of it!  Here are some photos from our week:

Students did a fabulous job sharing their artifacts this past week too.  I got so wrapped up in listening to their presentations that I forgot to take a photo of two students.  I decided not to post any since I did not capture all of them. :)
