I graduated from the University of Cincinnati in June 2009. I began my wonderful career teaching first grade shortly thereafter, in August 2009. In June 2016, I completed my Masters with the focus in Reading grades K-6th grade. This will be my sixth year utilizing a blog and hope that it will provide parents with another avenue to view their child's accomplishments throughout the school year.

Harvest Celebration

What a fabulous week we had last week!  We learned about conversation during a Duke Energy assembly, we had Mr. Holden read like a pirate to us, we learned about safety from Officer Skip, AND we had a blast during our Harvest Celebration.  Here are some photos from our week:

Alice in Wonderland

We had a blast at the Children's Theater seeing Alice in Wonderland!  Fun fact:  the girl who played Alice is a sixth-grade student at Meadowview.  She is one talented young lady!  Here are some photos from our week:
