We are settling in wonderfully to our routines in room 105. We are having a blast as we learn, play, and share with each other every day. Here are a few photos to show just that from our past week:
Playing Heads and Tails
Learning How to Solve a Missing Addend as We Play
How Many Am I Hiding?

It was fun to share a special artifact from our past to let our class know a little more about us. We also accomplished our first craft of the year! We have continued to show what we can do in Literacy Stations and we learned our last two. Last, we had fun during our Choosy Suzy assembly. Here are a few photos from our week:
Pocket Chart Station
New Buddies and Books from our Scholastic Points
New Game (Zingo) from our Scholastic Points
Rocking our Red, White, and Blue and Three-Cornered Hats for Constitution Day
We had to make our 'silly face' too!

We have been learning all about what We Can do in Literacy Stations these past couple of weeks. As fun as some of the stations are, we have really shown how to use our soft voices as we learn with our friends! It has been a joy for me to watch this process unfold. Additionally, we have learned how to play more Math addition games as well as how Scientists use their senses to explore nature. Here are a few photos from our wonderful week:
Buddy Reading Station
Game, ABC, & File Folder Stations
Computer, Listening, and Writing Stations
Roll and Record
Scientists at Work
I have to mention that our Bengals day paid off with a Bengals win last Sunday!
Hopefully, they can still pull off a win without us dressing up this past Friday...
Who Dey! :)
